3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree:

  • To provide accurate information when registering or placing orders
  • Not to use our services for unlawful purposes
  • Not to interfere with website operations or other users’ access
  • To comply with all applicable advertising standards and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including:

  • Logos
  • Branding
  • Proprietary advertising methods
  • Website design
  • Marketing materials

are owned by or licensed to Heroes Advertising and protected under South African and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property rights.

5. Ordering Process

For custom sachet orders:

  1. Submit your design specifications through our website
  2. We will provide a quote within 3 business days
  3. Payment of 50% deposit is required to commence production
  4. Balance payable upon completion before delivery

6. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of VAT
  • We accept EFT, credit card payments, and approved credit accounts
  • Payment terms for approved accounts: 30 days from invoice date
  • Late payments incur interest at 2% above prime rate

7. Delivery

  • Free deliveries apply to standard branded sachet campaigns
  • Custom orders may incur delivery charges based on location
  • Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed
  • Risk passes to customer upon delivery

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • No returns accepted for custom printed sachets
  • Defective products will be replaced at our discretion
  • Campaign cancellations require 30 days written notice

9. Limitation of Liability

Heroes Advertising shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Any amount exceeding the fees paid for the specific service in question

10. Privacy

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall:
